nRegelmäßige Patientenbefragungen sind ein wichtiges Instrument der Praxisführung. Rückmeldungen aus einer solchen Befragung lassen oftmals Rückschlüsse auf die Organisationsstrukturen und die Patientenkommunikation aus Patientensicht erschließen.
Selbst entwickelte Befragungen einzusetzen ist zwar besser als keine Befragung einsetzen, jedoch fehlt der Vergleich zu anderen Praxisteams.
